When you subscribe, we collect: business name, contact email, phone number, business address, and payment information (processed and stored by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers). When we build your site, we use publicly available information about your business such as your Google Business Profile listing, public reviews, and website (if any).
To deliver Detail Pro service: build, host, and maintain your website; render your video walkthrough; manage your Google Business Profile; and process billing. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers.
If you received a cold email from us about Detail Pro, your business contact information was identified through publicly available sources (Google Business Profile, business directories). All emails include a one-click unsubscribe and our physical mailing address as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. Reply with "remove" or click unsubscribe to be permanently opted out within 10 business days.
This site uses minimal cookies for session management and basic analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
We retain customer data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days, after which it is deleted. Billing records may be retained longer where required by law (typically 7 years for tax purposes).
You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccuracies, or full deletion at any time by emailing privacy@detailpresence.com. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to retain.
