Detail Pro provides a managed website, video walkthrough, and Google Business Profile optimization service for mobile auto detailing businesses, billed monthly at $147 USD. Service includes hosting, SSL, daily backups, content updates, and live support edits within 24 hours of request.
Service is billed monthly via Stripe. Subscription begins on the date of first successful payment and renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing portal or by emailing support@detailpresence.com.
If you are not satisfied with Detail Pro within the first 30 days of your subscription, email support@detailpresence.com for a full refund. No forms, no save calls. After 30 days, regular monthly billing applies and refunds are pro-rated to the cancellation date.
You retain ownership of your business name, branding, photographs, and content. Upon cancellation, Detail Pro will provide a static export of your site (HTML, CSS, images) within 7 business days at no charge. The underlying templating framework remains property of Detail Pro.
You agree not to use Detail Pro to host illegal content, infringe copyrights, deceive customers, or violate any applicable law including the CAN-SPAM Act and FTC guidelines. We reserve the right to suspend service for material violations with refund of any unused portion of the current billing month.
Detail Pro is provided "as is." Our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount paid in the most recent 12-month period. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, booking volumes, or revenue outcomes.
We may update these Terms with at least 30 days notice via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you may cancel before they take effect.
